Meet Flyser, patented machine and digital therapeutic game for children with ADHD
Children immerse themselves in a captivating gaming experience integrated with physical therapy. This improves focus, attention, and hand-eye coordination.

The concurrent cognitive and physical challenge increases dopamine and noradrenaline* — the same neurotransmitters targeted by ADHD medication.
Dopamine and noradrenaline are neurotransmitters responsible for happiness and pleasure. They relieve stress, increase motivation and learning, increase concentration, and reduce muscular hypertonicity.

Treatment
Children with ADHD often become distracted, irritated, and have difficulty controlling their impulses. They may be fidgety and forgetful, have trouble sleeping, and are unable to focus on tasks.

However, their poor behavior is not their fault. It is hard for them to self-assess and understand the consequences of their actions. Instead, their behavior is caused by conflicting desires and anxiety.
While there is no cure for ADHD, treatments can greatly reduce its symptoms. Children with ADHD have enormous potential and are often fantastic out-of-the-box thinkers.
ADHD stands for attention deficit hyperactivity disorder

Introducing Gaming Therapy
ADHD treatment is more than medications.

Duke University researchers determined that video games help children with ADHD improve attention, working memory, and inhibition — even in severe cases. The benefits of gaming therapy is enhanced by physical activity.
81%
of children with ADHD benefit from gaming therapy, according to research.
Evidence shows that physical activity is a viable tool to help children with ADHD manage their day-to-day.

Treatment comparisons
There are many treatments for ADHD, each with pros and cons. A holistic approach that mixes and matches treatment methods is considered more effective than individual treatments.
The child takes stimulants and antidepressants 1-2 times a day to increase dopamine and noradrenaline.
PROCESS
PROS
Temporarily calms and improves concentration.
CONS
Potential addiction, sleeping disorder, depression, head and stomach aches, loss of appetite, and increased heart and blood pressure. May stunt growth and personal development. The drugs must be taken daily, and have no long-term benefits.
EFFECTIVENESS
SAFETY
AFFORDABILITY
Through cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), the child learns self-control, goal-setting, situation modeling, and more.
PROCESS
PROS
Improves behavior, self-control, and ability to socialize.
CONS
Effectiveness highly depends on the specialist's skills and experience.
EFFECTIVENESS
SAFETY
AFFORDABILITY
Under supervision of a physical therapist, the child exercises, relieving muscle tensions/spasms while stimulating the cerebellum.
PROCESS
PROS
Improves coordination, perception, and concentration.
CONS
Usually has little to no positive effect as the children quickly lose interest in the activities.
EFFECTIVENESS
SAFETY
AFFORDABILITY
Manipulation of the genes responsible for ADHD
PROCESS
PROS
Reduces impulsivity and sensitivity to stimuli.
CONS
Costly, with procedures starting at $500,000. Results are unpredictable and may activate cancer-causing genes.

AFFORDABILITY
EFFECTIVENESS
SAFETY
AFFORDABILITY
Combines physical activity with gaming therapy, stimulating the release of dopamine and noradrenaline.
PROCESS
PROS
Trains attentiveness, self-control, processing speed. Reduces muscular hypertonicity, decreases impulsivity and improves concentration.
CONS
Some children (7%) experience arm muscle pain after their first Flyser session. This pain usually goes away after 1—3 sessions as the child builds muscle.
It's not the kids who are the problem, it's the lazy parents and lazy teachers who want kids to take Ritalin. You don't need medication, you need patience with kids who have ADHD. It's destroying so much potential and no one gives a damn.

How Flyser works
Game is run on a tablet or VR headset
Movable part
Ergonomic bench for a comfortable experience
Sturdy construction allows the machine to be safe and stable on any type of floor
Adjustable footrest
The child moves the handles back and forth, controlling their vehicle (Hoverbike, Spacecraft, etc.) in-game.

The most important part of the treatment is the monitoring and analysis of parameters* related to the spatial position and speed of the machine, as well as tracking the direction of their gaze using the iPad or VR headset.

*Parameters include: Results of the task of a Level, Reaction to a moving object (RMO), Motor response time (MRT), Hand-eye Coordination Index, Hyperactivity Index, Attention Index, emotions.
